How do i fund My Wallet

To fund your wallet, we have three channels

1. Dedicated Bank Account Number Channel
2.  Online Payment Channel
3. Bank Transfer Channel

1. Dedicated Bank Account Number Channel

N.B To fund wallet using this channel, you must have completed your KYC verification.

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account.
2. Once you have logged in successfully, on the left side of the page locate Account.
3. Under the account menu locate Add Fund
4. If your KYC verification is completed, a unique Account number will be available for you on the Add Funds page
5. Copy the account number and fund your wallet using the Account number
6. After funding, your wallet should be credited within 5mins   

2. Online Payment Channel

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account.
2. Once you have logged in successfully, on the left side of the page locate Account.
3. Under the account menu locate Add Fund
4. On the Add funds Page, click on the Add funds to Wallet button
5. Enter the amount you want to credit your wallet with on the next page and click continue
6. Choose any of the online platform available and proceed to fund your wallet.

3. Bank Transfer Channel

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account.
2. Once you have logged in successfully, on the left side of the page locate Account.
3. Under the account menu locate Add Fund
4. On the Add funds Page, click on the Add funds to Wallet button
5. Enter the amount you want to credit your wallet with on the next page and click continue
6. Below the online payment you will see all our available Bank Details.
7. Copy the account and make exact payment you inputted earlier on
8. Add The invoice ID in the description while making the transfer
   
9. Send your payment receipt to us on our WhatsApp number - 234809833182.

Your wallet will be funded once we have confirmed the payment.
