Do you Charge SMS messages to DND Numbers?

The answer is NO! We do not charge SMS Messages send to numbers subscribed under the DND service.

Actually, this is how it works:

Once you send your messages, we charge for ALL Messages that are SENT successfully to the Mobile Network. Once we received a report from the Network that the Number is on DND service, we automatically refund you for each mobile that falls in this category.

You can see the report once you login to your SMS Account.

Go to the REPORTS menu

From the Advanced Reports Search form,

Report Type : Select CREDIT USAGE REPORT

From : Select the DATE you wish to check the Report for

Click the SEARCH button

Look through the Reports and you will see some Credit Units which are marked negative. Those were the REFUNDS made to your Credit Balance.

The values you see Negative are deducted from your Credit Usage since they were not used afterall.
